Search Orders

If you need to check the details of an order that has been completed and no longer visible on the current orders page click search order from the right hand menu. This function allows you to search completed orders.

1. Click the search orders link in the right hand menu.

2. Enter a detail to search for the order you are looking for. The 2 best options are either to search a date range or for the specific Basket ID of the order you are looking for.

3. Clicking submit will search the complete orders and display a page with the results of your search.

4. The search results screen is the same as the current orders screen. Clicking the view details button (magnifying glass) in the actions section of the order line will display the
