Set Attributes
Products stored within the system can have two different
types of attributes set against them. These are product and item
attributes. Product attributes are fixed vales associated with a product.
These values can not be altered by the client. Examples of such attributes
are stock code, weight, delivery band, dimensions, fixed colour etc...
Item attributes on the other hand are attributes that can be client
selected. Examples of item attributes are size, colour, flavour etc...
Below are instructions on how to set these attributes.
Setting Product Attributes
Before you can set any product
attributes we will need to configure the system to have the attributes
you want.
-
To
set the attributes simple locate the product in the product
tree, click on it and select "Set Product Attributes".
- A
pop-up window will appear, in this window you will be able
to set the various attributes.

Setting Item Attributes
If your products use item attributes we will have set the initial options.

Due
to a problem with Microsoft Internet Explorer and
our system we recommend that you use an alternative
web browser if you wish to use this feature. We recommend
that you use Mozilla FireFox as your web browser
when using these features. Go to http://www.getfirefox.com
for a copy of FireFox.
